Description
This 24-hour course provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully develop or improve a security program and begins with a needs analysis. Participants learn techniques for conducting a security risk and vulnerability assessment, addressing critical issues that a facility faces, including current threats and techniques used by criminals, extremists, and terrorists, as well as how to develop plans for community interaction and adherence to government regulations. The course teaches participants to process a risk and vulnerability assessment, using a systems approach, into a comprehensive security plan.
